We provide a comprehensive array of services related to evaluation, rehabilitation, and prevention of hearing impairment. Our mission is to provide comprehensive, compassionate and cost-effective care for each of our patients. Our goal is to improve hearing, communication and the overall quality of life for the patients we are privileged to serve.

Through steadfast dedication to service and compassionate patient care, we to lead by incorporating innovative technology, attending numerous continuing education courses, and focusing on quality hearing healthcare. Rather than trying to appeal to the masses, we prefer to develop long-term, one-on-one relationships. Matthew Falk

Owner, Au.D., CCC-A

About Dr. Falk

Dr. Matthew Falk graduated from the University of South Dakota with a degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders. He then earned his Doctorate of Audiology from the University of Minnesota. As the owner of an audiology practice in Pierre, SD, Dr. Falk is committed to diagnosing the root causes of hearing loss and offering personalized solutions that fit each patient’s lifestyle. He specializes in adult audiology, ensuring comprehensive care for individuals in the community.

Outside of his professional work, Dr. Falk enjoys spending quality time with his wife, Amanda, and their son, Liam. His hobbies include hunting and fishing.

Rachal Brown

Au.D., CCC-A

About Dr. Brown

Dr. Brown, a native of Washington State originally, graduated from Washington State University with her undergraduate degree in Speech and Hearing Sciences. She received her Doctorate of Audiology from Pacific University, in Oregon. Dr. Brown completed her clinical fellowship with at the VA hospital in Las Vegas, NV and has had the opportunity to work within multiple VA healthcare systems. She strives to provide high quality hearing healthcare to help her patients have a successful hearing aid experience and improve their relationships with their loved ones. Her hobbies include reading, hiking, hunting, and enjoying the great outdoors with her pup!
