Hearing Aids
Living with a hearing loss means going through life with a wall between you and your loved ones. Untreated hearing loss can be difficult for you and everyone around you. But getting the help you need doesn’t have to be difficult.
Hearing Testing
A hearing test provides an evaluation of the sensitivity of a person’s sense of hearing. An evaluation of your hearing may include a test of the middle ear, listening to pure tone beeping sounds and or a series of words.
Pediatrics
We have experience in testing and providing services for infants and young children. As children get older the pediatric audiologist is versed in providing information additional communication devices that will improve the classroom experience for your child.
Tinnitus
Do you hear a ringing, roaring, clicking, or hissing sound in your ears? Do you hear this sound often or all the time? Does the sound bother you a lot? If you answer yes to these questions, you may have tinnitus.
Hearing Aid Repairs
When your hearing aid isn’t working we want it fixed with as little delay as possible. We can make simple repairs in the office or send more severely damaged hearing aids to the manufacturer for repair.

Wax Removal
Excessive ear wax can lead to symptoms such as hearing loss, tinnitus, itching, vertigo, and pain. We are equipped to provide cerumen management for our patients.

Our Doctor
Matthew Falk, Au.D., CCC-A, Owner
Dr. Falk graduated from University of South Dakota with his undergraduate degree in communications sciences and disorders. He then received his Doctorate of Audiology from the University of Minnesota. He is dedicated to investigating the source of your hearing loss and providing the best solutions that fit your lifestyle. Dr. Falk will bring expertise in both adult and pediatric audiology to Pierre and in the surrounding areas. His hobbies include, hunting, fishing, carpentry and spending time helping his brother farm.
